How big should my bathroom be?

We build a steam room around your shower/bath area and not the whole bathroom. Honestly, the smaller the steam room the more effective the steam session. The smallest size can be 2.5ftX2.5ftX7ft

I already have a glass partition, do I need a steam cabin?

Yes, we simply add a door and ceiling to your existing glass panel to make a leak-proof steam room.

Will pipes & wires be visible in my bathroom?

No, for a new or under renovation bathroom, we will make sure to conceal all pipes & wires behind the walls. For existing homes though, some pipes may be visible. We try our best to use the least amount of visible pipes or wires to keep your bath looks in check.

What is your moneyback policy?

An industry 1st, if for any reason you do not love your steam@home within 7 days, we refund you the whole amount (excluding installation & consumables expenses)

I do have pipes visible, what are my options?

Don’t worry, we have specialized processes to cover up the pipes & wires in existing bathrooms, ask your wellness consultant for more details.

What’s the difference between rental or a full purchase?

You can exercise the rental option in case you wish to try out steam@home before committing to a spend. Rental options saves you on the upfront cost of the steam unit. All other expenses such as: installation, enclosure (if needed) remain the same.

What about repairs, warranty & AMC?

All SteamPRO units come with 1 year unconditional onsite warranty and 10-year customer support warranty. Our 1 year warranty even comes water damage, electrical fluctuation damage, you pay zero for any repairs that may come up. After year 1, you can opt for an AMC to continue the warranty benefits.

Do you do glass cabins?

Yes! Custom glass cabins to fit your existing or new bath space. Steam cabin and shower cabin are 2 separate things, we’re steam cabin specialists at your service.

What are the payment methods available?

You can make your payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers. UPI or even easy 3-month EMIs.

What kind of hidden charges are there?

At SteamPRO with believe in 100% transparency and honesty. We ensure that you do not pay a single rupee over the amount finalized with you in the estimate. No last minute surprises, promise.
