At SteamPRO, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping charges, timelines, and tracking work for all SteamPRO orders.

 

Shipping Rates
SteamPRO provides shipping across India. Shipping charges may be calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery location of the order. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Orders are typically processed, shipped, and delivered within 5 business days, depending on the delivery location and service availability.

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delays may occur during peak periods, unforeseen logistics issues, or remote location deliveries.

 

International Shipping
SteamPRO offers international shipping to select countries. International orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days after order, subject to courier timelines and customs clearance.

Please note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • SteamPRO is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or international courier partners.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and tracking link. This allows you to monitor your shipment status in real time until delivery.


Installation & Delivery Coordination (for SteamPRO Equipment)
For SteamPRO steam generator and related equipment, our support team may contact you after dispatch to coordinate delivery and installation guidance, where applicable.

 

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is significantly delayed, please contact SteamPRO support within 48 hours of delivery with your order details so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
