Overview SteamPRO provides a structured 10-year support warranty designed to ensure uninterrupted performance, guided maintenance, and long-term product reliability. This support includes a mix of complimentary and paid service plans depending on the year and region. 2. Year 1: Comprehensive Warranty (Free) • Full coverage on all SteamPRO components for manufacturing defects, functional issues, and breakdowns. • Includes all parts and labor. • Unlimited breakdown visits as per SteamPRO’s service schedule. • Remote and onsite support included. • Water quality, installation readiness, or misuse-related issues are excluded. 3. Years 2–10: Continued Support Plans After the first year, customers can choose between Comprehensive AMC or Service AMC depending on location. A. Delhi NCR (Full Service Region) SteamPRO offers both Comprehensive AMC and Service AMC. i. Comprehensive AMC (Paid) • Covers major components, electronics, sensors, steamhead, and control systems. • Includes labor charges for corrective and preventive maintenance. • Covers 2 preventive maintenance visits per year. • 4 breakdown visits included. • Exclusions: Consumables, scale-related failures due to untreated water, physical damage, site issues, improper usage. ii. Service AMC (Paid) • Covers technician visits and labor only. • Replacement parts are chargeable at actuals. • Includes 2 preventive maintenance visits per year. • Breakdown visits included as per AMC tier selected (paid parts). B. Rest of India (Remote Service Model) Only Service AMC is available due to logistics and coverage norms. i. Service AMC (Paid) • Remote diagnostics and phone assistance. • Onsite service available in select cities; travel charges may apply. • Parts are chargeable at actuals. • Includes 1 preventive maintenance check per year (onsite or virtual depending on region). 4. General Conditions (Years 2–10) • AMC must be purchased within 30 days of warranty or AMC expiry to ensure continuity. • If AMC is purchased after a fault occurs and was not disclosed before AMC activation, the fault is not covered under AMC. • Repeated misuse, improper installation, or non-compliance with SteamPRO guidelines voids AMC coverage. • Water quality issues or damage caused by scaling/mineral deposits are not covered under any AMC. • Electrical fluctuations or site-related damage fall outside warranty/AMC scope. 5. What Remains Consistent Across All 10 Years • Access to SteamPRO customer support for troubleshooting, usage guidance, water-quality advisory, and optimal steam bath practices. • Access to knowledge resources and updated guidelines for maintenance and better product performance. • Priority service scheduling for all customers under an active AMC. • Availability of genuine parts via SteamPRO. 6. What is Not Covered (All Years) • Damage due to installation by unauthorized technicians. • Plumbing, electrical, or civil modifications. • Damage from hard water deposits where a softening solution was recommended but not used. • Consumables, accessories, and aesthetic parts. • Intentional or accidental physical damage. 7. Service Philosophy SteamPRO’s 10-year support structure ensures that customers experience reliable performance throughout the product lifecycle, backed by professional maintenance, premium service quality, and consistent customer success assistance.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Shipping Timeline • Standard delivery across India: 3-7 business days. • Remote or special-access locations may take 7-12 business days. • For high-value units like steam generators, our team may schedule a coordinated delivery to ensure safe handling. 3. Shipping Charges • SteamPRO offers free shipping across India. • Any additional logistics requirements related to building access or special handling will be communicated in advance and charged at actuals. 4. Delivery Attempts • Our courier partner will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. • If both attempts fail, the package is returned to SteamPRO. Redelivery charges may apply. 5. Installation Coordination (This applies to steam bath systems and connected components.) • After your product is dispatched, the SteamPRO Service Team will contact you to schedule installation. • Installation is available in serviceable regions and is carried out by trained technicians. • Customers must ensure site readiness, including electrical, plumbing, and access conditions. 6. Address Changes or Order Modifications • Changes can be made only before dispatch. • Contact us immediately through our support channel for any changes. 7. Damaged or Missing Items • If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incomplete shipment, report it within 48 hours of delivery. • Photos or videos may be required for verification. • SteamPRO will issue a replacement after validation of the claim. 8. International Shipping • Currently, SteamPRO ships within India only. 9. How to Buy and Prepare for Your SteamPRO Steam Bath System 1. Payment Milestones • 30 percent token Start the order. SteamPRO schedules the technical visit after this payment. • 60 percent before installation Collected after the technical and provisional visits confirm that the site is ready. Once your total payment reaches 90 percent, installation is scheduled. • Final 10 percent Paid after installation is completed and the system is tested at your home. 2. Technical Visit Scheduled once the 30 percent token is received. Our technician assesses the home for steam bath compatibility. This includes • type of electrical connection • electrical load capacity and routing • space availability for the steam generator • water supply and inlet pressure • drainage and steam line pathway • any site issues that may need correction A report is shared with all required actions listed clearly. 3. Provisional Visit Conducted after the client completes the requirements given during the technical visit. This visit includes • marking the exact location for the steam generator • marking the placement of the control panel • marking the placement of the steam head inside the shower area • rechecking if all technical prerequisites are completed Once approved, the site is declared installation ready. 4. Installation Scheduled after 90 percent of the payment is collected. The installation team brings the product, completes setup, tests the system, calibrates steam output, and provides a usage demonstration. The remaining 10 percent is paid after installation is complete.
