All SteamPRO units have a 10-year limited customer support warranty – we’ll keep all spares and parts stocked for your unit for 10 years, so that SteamPRO@your home gives you a service life of 10 years & beyond. This makes SteamPRO the most affordable steam unit out there.
Our technicians will come at your doorstep and try to repair the unit. In special cases, if your unit needs to go to the factory for repair, our technicians will remove, repair and reinstall the unit at no cost to you. All visit charges are included in the warranty and consequently the AMCs.
How frequently we worry about using our phone in the rains, the manufacturer warranty doesn’t include water or physical damage. Well that’s not the case with your SteamPRO unit. Damage to your unit be it for water leakage, physical damage or even damage due to electrical fluctuations – everything is under warranty. Special, isn’t it?
In such an unfortunate case, you can still call us, our technicians will try to repair the unit on-site. They will generate a repair estimate and you’ll have to pay upfront before we repair your unit and reinstall it at your home.
The warranty is void if any of the following should occur:
# The use of the product for an unintended application, including a commercial application for all products except those subject to the commercial warranty above.
# The product’s serial number has been altered or removed.
# The product is modified in any manner which SteamPRO concludes, after its inspection, affects the reliability of the product.
# The product has been improperly repaired by anyone not specifically designated or authorized by SteamPRO.
# The product is damaged because it is not operated or installed in accordance with supplied instructions.
# The product is installed outdoors without appropriate coverings.
# The product is installed in a moist and/or humid area with unconditioned air or temperatures that exceed 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
